Welsh Brass Band League 2019 - Spring Festival
Kapitol Promotions Ltd is delighted to announce that it will be organising the Spring Festival of the Welsh Brass Band League 2019, on behalf of the South East Wales Brass Band Association.
The Spring Festival, the first leg of the three-event Welsh Brass Band League 2019, will take place at Willows High School (Cardiff) on Saturday 11th May. Bands from all parts of the UK are welcome to compete at the event. For bands in the Championship Section and Sections 1-4, this will be an own-choice test piece contest, organised in accordance with the joint SEWBBA/WWBBA Contesting Rules. Youth bands are to play an own-choice entertainment programme not lasting longer than 15 minutes in duration.
