Gallery Errata UPDATED 19/09/17
Howard Snell, the composer of the set test-piece "Gallery" for the Championship Section Final of the National Brass Band Championships, has emailed Kapitol Promotions with the second errata of the work. Please see below:
Movement 2
Bar 50 - 2nd & 3rd Cornets slurs missing (as Repiano)
Movement 4
N/A - MOVEMENT NOT TO BE PERFORMED AT CONTEST
Movement 6
Bar 8 - Bb Bass add "8va", as Bar 4
Bar 12 - Solo Cornets 3/4 Notes, as bar 16
Bars 31/33 - Bars/Troms Add “f” to start of bar
Bar 55 - Rep Cnt “f” not “mf”
Bar 63 - Euph 1 should be "mf" (to link the line)
Bar 77 - Troms 1/2 2nd notes, G#(1st) F#(2nd)
Bar 86 - Solo Cornets should have cresc to "mf" (like others with rhythm)
Bar 131 clarification - Hi-Hat dynamic is correct
